I recently painted Blood Angels Chapter Master Raldoron miniature from Forge World. Here's quick kit review and detailed photos of the resin miniature.

Always a glorious moment to crack open one of these boxes!

Overall it's a detailed miniature with crisp details. My copy was well cast and I had no issues with the clean up. The sword required a bit of heat to straighten.
The miniature comes in quite many pieces. Most challenging part on the assembly was the arms and the sword. It was quite fiddly to get both arms and the sword lined up perfectly. I recommend using blu tack between the arms and the shoulders and glueing the sword first. You want to make sure the wrist joints are tidy.
And make sure to fit the shoulder slung bolt gun in place before glueing the left arm and shoulder pad!

The kit comes with a scenic base with a fitting slot for the gaming size base. As usual for resin cast pieces, the two halves do not align perfectly. You'll have to make sure the inner base fits and doesn't leave too much of a gap. I dry fitted everything, and then fixed the scenic base on place with dots of superglue on the outside. Once dry, I removed the inner base and added superglue to the seam.

The miniature and the base assembled. I had to gap fit the scenic base halves, to make sure there is enough room for the miniature base.

These older Forge World sculpts do not quite match the current Horus Heresy scale. Here's a scale side by side with a plastic MkVI Marine. Personally I'm okay with it
